After the new valve is installed, you are faced with trying to match existing tile or trying to patch fiberglass.Home Depot, and I'm sure other places, has a remodel escutcheon that is basically a big chrome plate to go over the valve and hide the hole in the shower.

Saving old windows, matching old doors, re-using and refinishing door hardware... it's time consuming and requires the most expensive type of labor and HUGE amounts of administrative time dealing with the finicky networks of salvage operations necessary to get original replacements.All I'm saying is be real aware of your costs.

I'd be grateful for a second opinion on whether to spend $37 now and then $97 per month for this website with it's permanently updated program, in which he claims one can easily wholesale houses remotely by just matching up almost unlimited nationwide lists of cheap houses with eager buyers and make thousands a month doing so.
