I suspect if it's based on our location when registering our Zillow id, I have no problem when querying surrounding areas but always got the 501 errors when searching for an address that is on the other side of the country, also it could be related to the Zillow branding compliance guideline, trying to reach out to Zillow and see if I could get an answer.

They sent us a check for Feb and also for March.The strange thing is he will not answer my text message about signing a new lease and allowing us to inspection our property prior to signing a new lease.

Most of my California investors are buying in IN, OH, TN and FL.Another great location for STR is on the Oregon Coast great properties that are selling at a fraction of the price compared to Cali homes on the coast.

You may be able to go after the seller and at least get a judgement, even if you never collect on it.Also, you should have had an inspection prior to closing.

Tell them they pay attorney fees $7000, notary fees $400 for two people two locations, recording fees $100, any title or taxes it will slow down the desire to make changes.
