I would not let a bible verse that you take literally influence you .My old partner in Timber would say were there are a multitude of counselors there is wisdom or something to that affect.so no problem getting advice from the multitude but you don't need to go into contractual arrangements. 

I literally had nowhere to go for an entire day and no money.

I literally just last week went through two years worth of his posts and got a wholesaling education for free.

Not nearly enough margin for me or literally any lender.

It just so happens I know a guy who literally conducts a 3-Day Academy on this every few months...But seriously, shameless plug aside, that (learning & doing) is indeed what it takes to becoming an owner/operator. 

There are a lot of other types of loans and ways of getting better money, lets figure out why you are looking for a LOCand if a LOC is the best way then there are plenty out there literally just type business lines of credit in google and call a few dozen different people.

It's disheartening and disappointing that every deal I have found and wanted to see,  literally gets taken in before i see it or have a chance to put in offer.
