No more communication with the buyer until/unless he sues, at which point either go to small claims or hire a lawyer to do it and counter sue for legal costs of a frivolous lawsuit.

@Nathan Goodlove I'm not sure if it's necessary to use an attorney as a registered agent, but it's probably a good idea to consult with one before you attempt to do something inherently legal such as asset protection.

Does anyone know if its legal to do this in the State of Oregon, i have tried to contact real estate agents and have been told that they would call back and still havent received that call.

Are there online legal sites/apps that you can pay for this type of service?
