I have a couple of leads in mind, but would like some other options to compare with.  

Also you can try Thumbtack and HomeAdvisor as well but remember that contractors have to pay for those leads so be serious with your intentions before you throw out requests so you aren't wasting their time and money.

I personally have been receiving numerous leads through Absentee but haven't been able to convert them into deals.

I have yet to close on a deal but when I got overwhelmed with info, gathering and drafting scripts, drafting other documents, collecting leads, running comps, doing property analysis, researching properties from multiple lists and bandits signs, I said to myself 'if I don't call someone now I will never get to closing', I had to take my first step towards a deal. 

The economic growth appears to be following the C word (read: Cannabis) and while other economic factors lead me to believe the economy is diversifying the great influx of youth seem to be drawn to the lifestyle of the surrounding area.

I was wondering what some investors might say about the standard output data vs. standard mortgage leads.

Who can jump in and give you a game plan or lead you in the right direction. 

See below, the contract reads  "  ... by one or more licensed or certified inspection services: home, radon, environmental, lead-base paint, lead-based paint hazard or wood-destroying insect infestation." 

Again I'm no expert, but we have seen a lot of success with Absentee owner leads.
