Okay then loveyoubuhbuy"My Theory:A mailer, a letter, a post card a doorknock, is in no way in hell enough credibility to convince anyone you are legit and credible.Your website:1) is there magically when ever they want to see it2) has your name, face, phone number (scammers don't put contact info anywhere)3) Has your company info4) Has your reviews and testimonials5) Explains in detail how it all works 6) a lot more things I am too lazy now to write downAll these things that BUILD CREDIBILITY, somethign NO mailer, cold call banditsign can possibly do.It is so frustrating to me... let me explain why I am so blunt and merciless here..

*****************That said, some Appraisers do not either, have the expertise to properly assess market trends, or spend the time required. or they may be lazy or busy or they may be accepting less compensation and don't feel they can afford to do the work required for a reliable conclusion.

However, I do think it is pure laziness when someone doesn’t bother to find the answer to their questions, or to seek out education by searching the forums, blogs, and internet; instead asks a question expecting someone to provide a complete workable business plan and complete education for them in two posts.
