Is it really Possible to buy a Vacation Rental or Rental property with zero down?

I'm new to the whole real estate investing, I am interested in purchasing a home that is currently used as a vacation rental and wondering if it is possible to purchase with no down and bad credit. Lots of articles on the internet say its possible but have yet to find any information on how to make it work..
