I of course was very welcoming to the idea since I would enjoy getting the experience for future investment purchases and also the gained capital towards future investments.My friend owned the house for seven years and while he owned the house he slowly rehabbed everything including the landscape, the interior, and exterior.

Speaking of lack of rain, they also charge fees for any landscaping changes.

Do you have any tips on how to find such a provider or have specific providers that you recommend?

I would appreciate any advice that would help me in this novice stage including how to get startup money for my first flip and any other helpful tips.

I also realized that there's a lot of house flipping work that I actually enjoy doing - I enjoy putting together IKEA cabinets, painting, cleaning, doing landscaping - but I enjoy them when I'll see some fruits for those labors!
