This thread is about a recent REO deal I have done from start to finish (well, finish line is in sight) to help educate and inspire others to do the same.Property details: 4+3, 2300 sq. ft, pool, spa, view, quiet street, great neighborhood, huge open kitchen with island.This was an MLS listed property (I don't do these often) which was listed too high and received very little activity due to the over pricing.

You have inspired me.  

Chicago BP'er George Foster recently posted an inspiring note acknowledging and thanking Brie Schmidt for her contribution to his success and it gave me an idea: Why not start a "Thankful" roll call where we recognize those who have helped us (or in my case are helping me) along the way?

When speaking with them I would explain that all of my information and contacts are FREE...but could not understand why they were not calling me back...Shortly after I began investing I started working on self-development, listening to inspirational mentors (Such as Darren Hardy, Jim Rohn, Dave Ramsey...just to name a few) joined a mentorship class through my investment club, started volunteering at my kids schools and church.

I love learning from personal stories, being inspired by other's success and humbled by other's failures.

BP and investing could be addicting and great to listen to everyday as it is so inspiring.

This is the type of deal that inspires a newbie like myself.
