Taking the Plunge

Hi everyone, I'm a novice real estate investor and a real estate industry professional. Sounds like an oxymoron, but it's sadly not. Real estate investing is in my blood, both my mom and dad were into buy and hold properties - some worked, some didn't. I would love to learn some more and take the plunge into the world of wealth outside a cubicle. I love learning from personal stories, being inspired by other's success and humbled by other's failures. I hope to make some great connections here.
