Many of these condos have not been reinspected and will be required to carry out any structural improvements required.   

It sounds like you have an easy set up, but it can be anywhere from a 2k to a 20k job depending what’s involved.Mini splits can run to multiple rooms but to be cost efficient you are going to be running to one or two rooms.

That’s why I say scale with intention - it’s easy to get excited and caught up - and before you know it you are working 80 hours a week in a capacity you never imagined. pick the right tool for the right job!  

If weekly jobs reports remain strong like they are, I only see two or three .25 point rate drops in 2024.
