Where to get a good lease for NC

Hi all.  First post on this site.  I've read/listen to several BP books and found them mostly helpful.  I have one rental property, a house with a lower level apartment (rented separately) in NC.  I'm planning to improve my lease agreement and wonder who you all have found to be the best.  BP offers state by state for $100 and EZlandlord around $40.  Not really concerned about the price difference but has anyone compared the two or do you have suggestions for another?  I'm not interested in having a lawyer draw up a lease and spending hundrends / thousands but I don't mind buying a lease if its the right one.  Ideally it will be blank for fill in so I can reuse with minor adjustments.  Thanks all!
