Ideally I would sell it, but I don't know if I am legally allowed to since it isn't on my name, just on my property.Otherwise I would like to have it towed and dumped, or donated, but again I don't know if I can do that.Any advice?

Ky If I remember correctly you are buying a 100 unit in the Carolinas from another post you made.Your attorney who might be well versed in contracts will not have the knowledge that a commercial broker has unless possible they are an investor themselves.Doing contracts is one thing but being in trenches transacting deals is quite another.Is this property currently vacant, 50% occupied, or 100% occupied.

Thank you everyone, I forgot to mention that I have a real estate agent/friend who gave me the option of paying 200/300$ (cannot remember exactly) every 30 days to have 100% access to the MLS, I am working on my real estate license but we want to sell ASAP because the market in our area is at it's peek.
