@Carlos Batrez I have been hunting for property and I even considered buying a new build in Indepedance Heights and renting it out while waiting for the path of progress to bring it up in value.

My wife and I are on the hunt for a duplex or small multi family in the area and need some help with area recommendations and so forth.

I've been hunting thumbtack, craigslist and word of mouth for nearly 2 months and most never return a call or text.
