SFH in Tacoma WA, gas utility quoted free to bring a gas pipe from the street to the house and a meter.

Also, are DSCR loans recourse?

The county Housing Authority that administers the section 8 program should be able to help you in finding tenants with vouchers who are looking for a new place to live.

If it shows on the deed history, Grantor is a bank and grantee is Housing and Urban Development on a special warranty deed, what does that mean?
