I am wholesaling in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Chandler, Meza, and Casa Grande so far.

The would-be investor has so much junk in their heads that there's little room for making a decision and committing to doing their first deal.

one of the units is a 3 bedroom so i figured if i ran the numbers with both units being two bedrooms I would have some wiggle room. 

The last time water was in my name, I had a water bill of about 6 grand because no one thought to call me or a plumber.

Couple grand a year, I think!
