Put an excel sheet together with pricing for the items you have found so far and I recommend a notes column where you remind yourself "pricing based on list from Enis on 4/15/2020" so that fast forward through a few projects you keep your pricing fresh or know that is a price on your list is really old you should carry a little extra cushion on it, or dig through your resources and update it.
