This is a good hack for getting into the vacation/airbnb game.

My recommendation would be to go to your county website and look at the zoning and try to make a game plan from there.  

I really want to get into the multifamily game through syndication.

So, stay tuned unless someone else is 100% sure they know : ) Also came up with a drinking game that every Friday after 4pm we will call them with random questions and if they don't know, we all take a shot. 

Shoot I was even thinking of giving away 85% of the deal just to learn and get in the game. 

I'm still new to the Real Estate game but I'm learning as much as possible and pushing as hard.

Unlike my coworkers at my apartment brokerage I help new investors get into this game, so would be happy to connect further to discuss.

It comes down to a numbers game and landing it at the perfect time. 

I guess at that point its fair game they are public streets its just like driving for dollars etc.
