Off Market Deal - Tacoma Washington
Hey Team,
I would like to try my first off-market deal. I'm looking for my next real-estate deal but what is on the market is wildly overpriced, and since I live in my city I know where the good potential deals are.
My question, any recommendations on what should be in the offer letter? I want to make sure I cover my bases.
