My went back to carpet- which I don't like either.On the other hand, the tile that was used in the kitchen and bathroom has held up excellently, and looks as good today as it did when I moved in 5 years ago.

Personally, I think 6 months of free work is a good tradeoff for learning the business, so if you have the time, I would consider that proposition to a good rehabber.Once you learn the art of rehabbing, you'll be about 80% off where you need to be for wholesaling.
