If we aren't consistent we're lying and letting down ourselves,everyone we've told we're going to do it and the people who follow and support us.If I can't keep my word, what faith does my family have in me?

I'm curious to hear everyone's thoughts / two cents / various methods trying to achieve something similar!

Not everyone wants that or is willing to put up with that.

Hey guys, look forward to meeting everyone and possibly being able to meet up with a private lender with interest rates so high I’m considering doing Private Lending on my next property in 2025  I’m also interested in just meeting up with other real estate investors in the Warren Ohio region the app would not let me select that City but that’s where I’m at if anyone is out here in that area Holland Ohio Warren Ohio region.

Everyone's a buyer at the right price, and what I've found is if the right deal is priced appropriately... the buyers come to you, not the other way around. 

I've looked into this area as well, so curious everyone's experiences!

Hey everyone, I've noticed some investors doing their market research the old fashioned way, manually going through Airbnb / Vrbo listings and jotting down data in Excel sheets. 

Hello Edlyn,  I'm sure everyone has a different answer, both of these credit scores are decent, I don't think that should be something to worry about in this case.

Based on my personal journey and accomplishments, I want to highlight that everyone has the potential to succeed in real estate investment and create a meaningful difference in their own lives and the lives of others.

Not ideal but everyone has a different story.
