I have a stainless steel package so I got a nice samsung and with tax and delivery and haul away it is about $560.For less than $100 more, I am able to replace with a new one....either way it sucks because the condo is only 8 yrs old and 8 yrs of usage isn't much for ranges...So my question is, will I be able to deduct ALL of it this year or is this some crap that I have to amortize?

Go talk to a lender (or a few, until you find one that you feel comfortable with and who gives you a good loan package), figure out how much loan you qualify for, get a pre-approval letter, and THEN hit the pavement!

-the second way to a woman's heart is a welcome gift package (about $10 in dollar tree supplies: toilet paper roll, cleaning paper roll, toilet plunger, toilet brush, dish dispenser, soap dispenser, shower liner) + 1 box/pack of water bottles-the third way to a woman's heart is a nice home/unit smell (apple + cinnamon/santal wood/ebony....)short version:-you need to find your niche!
