@Eric P.We let our guests know that we accept direct bookings in several ways: post-stay text and email follow-up, post cards and business cards displayed in all our properties, giving each property a unique name and promoting it on social media and elsewhere so guests can do a quick Google search on our property name and we appear everywhere.Increasingly, we are seeing even some first-time guests seeing our property name on the big listing sites, then finding us with a Google search and booking directly on their first stay.

I also found the following statement in the contract which they are arguing states the current agent will get commission as long as the current renter is in the property: "Agent shall receive commision for the unexpired term, or renewals therof, of any Lease made by Agent and/or Owner during the Term of this Agreement and shall receive such commission for as long as any such tenants(s) procured by Agent remains in the property.

I am in the same feeling that she needs to get a lawyer from Virginia, the state where A resides but she tells me that this is not allowed and that complications exist as to statements and records from each.

Yes you pay taxes as the mobile home is taxed as personal property when it is located in a MHPIf the mobile home was purchased in the past few years it is tracked by the SOL(Statement of Location) which is executed at the time of purchase

I'm not familiar with state laws in MN, but as far as I'm aware it is not a HOA Super Lien state so my aforementioned statement most likely applies.
