Probably more like $30-50k or more to do stuff right such as: replace roof, repair foundation, replace water piping, put a new panel in.

Northshore in the Mandeville area is tough because there is so much nice new stuff coming online. 

I've worked very hard to find some good crews and have one that only works on my stuff. 

Be glad they’re out of those paper masks as you shouldn’t be using those if you’re working with that stuff anyway.

Stuff is going to get damaged and worn out.

Then we have the Rental Registration stuff.

On a landlord policy, they're covering less stuff.
