Due to developments in the area a blind man with half-a-brain could have seen coming those six or seven years ago, the areas are hot right now and getting hotter.

On the "subject to" and lease option front, I'd love to pick your brain a little more on how some of those kind of deals might look.

Basically, what you are doing here is prolonging your ability to get your brain to kick into full action mode because you are deferring the start date mentally, which manifests itself into your everyday actions (or inaction).
