I know real estate investing is a great way to build for retirement, I just wish I could find a magic wand to make him understand that he can still do some things himself but we are better off in the long run to hire the bulk of the work done so we can acquire more properties.BTW, the first 2 flips allowed us to pay cash for the duplex and the most recent rental unit (SFR 3 beds, 1 bath) so it is working, just not working quickly enough to keep me from having to put in 80 hours a week.  

A 60 year old Piano, in great condition (once it was cleaned up), a brand new professional rider's mountain bike, two safes that All Capone could have used, a mirrored very expensive 4 post bed... with intricate detailing and storage built into it, a new heavy duty riding mower,...that's all I can remember right now.

From what I see rents are about 900 for 2 beds.

I mostly want to attract travelers interested in finding a comfy bed and good atmosphere, that don't mind sharing a bathroom, entrance if possible, but don't want to pay extra to rent out an entire place. 

Births is pretty small - and also stable throughout the 21st century, while deaths have been steady and with a slight push upwards. 

The bed is littered various magazines, dozens of brand-new gloves, dozens of knives, spare parts, scopes, and more.My Tenant died two weeks ago and left all this (and much, much more) in his apartment.

Our Initial projected rehab cost was 90K with Secondary being like in-law unit but we got permit from city to build full fledged unit with Full Kitchen and 1 bed and bath.
