Disclaimer: I have not taken the Epic Pro Academy course, but I attended Matt's 2 day workshop last year.Matt Theriault's 2 day events, which they are somewhat different than the Epic Pro Academy, I believe, since the information is compressed in only 2 days.Nevertheless, lots of practical information is offered, besides instructions and information about the industry, the insights that Matt provides and how they relate to one's approach to business relationships in general, they have value on their own.What I can say about him and his team is that you truly get what they offer, but like with any course, the course is as good as you are by implementing what is been taught.

I did enquiry with some insurance company but lot of not providing insurance to rental house. 

I am certainly afraid of the unknown, which would include those fees eating up the equity that I have built to date.

Im sure its unavoidable at times since things can happen last minute but whats the industry standard for verifying a property is still on track to be auctioned a day or two before the scheduled date?

Lots of lending lawyers, loan servicers, and other providers attend and could be good resources for you.

I used to have a real estate team and I recruited people just by teaching them investing and providing leads.

THe prospective tenant provides their driver's license and other info and you can give them a code (if you have a smart lock w/ Wifi) that they can use and you can change afterwards.

If you are buying a property, the agent should only ask (if they do at all) to see your ID to verify your human and then only if they are providing you with access to viewing homes on your own.
