Some of these alternative Cali areas I know of sprinkled along the coast are not too shabby and I think if Bay area investors knew more many would prefer a heart beat.

I would suggest sitting down and having a heart to heart.

Assuming they don’t do that they’ll be out in 3-5 weeks (start to finish).Now I’m not so cold hearted that if they’re a day late, eviction is filed immediately.
