First she was telling me how her sister passed away and she had to fly out of country.Of course she did not have access to her phone nor internet.Now she says her email is not working properly and something is wrong with her phone (I think its a bunch of bs)Should I worry?

I have access to the state and local contracts and addenda  but there is nothing that says assignment of contract or does it require just a basic addendum?

Our options are limited on what we can do with it due to egress and access issues.

Most auctions don’t give you that much time(no way on actual foreclosure auctions), on some REO properties, if access is granted, perhaps.....check the auction terms.
