They are checking but I think this can be changed with a simple ammendment to the plan.I am with a small company.

It's been a couple years and this might have changed but, the last time I checked, the lowest deductible I could choose was $10K.   

I can't change the SQFT and it is correct on Z now.

Last I heard as of June - July, it was said you couldn't rent the ADU and main dwelling, but it seems that's changing.

Particularly if the loan has changed hands several times and it's delinquent, they are traded at discounts so their cost base might be far less than total owing.  

@Austin Hendrickson ...yea  If you read (c) For the special rules as of right now (keeping in mind that it may change in the future...)but it specifically states "any investment" held by the taxpayer.
