If it's a morale thing do what let's you sleep better.

So what your saying is these people Im talking with probably arent deals, and that by wasting my time with them I am running down my own morale.

Eventually get a mentor Having a guide will boost your confidence tremendously.

It's mostly bonds with about 20% stocks to give it a little boost.

Moral of the story, as I said, this is NOT a good deal.
