I have experience with fix & flip/rehab loans and DSCR - big hitters for the BRRR method! 

Rinse and repeat a few times and you'll be set. 

It’s not big, but it’s got a concrete slab and power hooked up to it.

Would work the same as a BRRR just over a longer period of time.
