When I was interviewing last summer, I was surprised by how many were late to the first appointment.

Instead of talking on the phone for hours try to make appointment as soon as possible.

No phone calls, no appointments, no offers, or no closed deals?  

And again to Dev's point I have been on appointments getting a contract signed when another investor returned their call for the first time.
