Rather, visit clubs, talk to actual active investors, and get a feel for what they are doing.

I don't post or reply very often, but I visit regularly and have learned tons from the site.

 $125.00 for a 2BR or even a 3BR would be a great rate for a family or group visiting DT Chicago, Cubs Game, or even Lollapalooza.    

You MUST go visit other properties in the same area and figure out the neighborhood expectations.

As a former property manager in NYC I suggest that you get the list of which unit had what done and go have a friendly visit your tenants.

I have to do this in order to allow me to have ease of visitation otherwise I'm stuck with 2-4 weeks a year.
