If you are worried about crime there are simple tricks to make vacant units look occupied such as putting a light and radio on a timer or using security systems such as simpli safe. 

I've been a landlord for 20+ years and there are tricks I still haven't learned or mastered. 

The trick is to apply Credibility to anything and everything you do.

Not only to learn the tricks of the trade, but to grow and build wealth with, whether its financial or informational.

We had a security issue at a Denver metro area property a few years ago (some dumping in an alley and some graffiti on a shed) and believe it or not just hanging a sign that reads "This area monitored by video surveillance" along with some "No Trespassing" and "No Dumping" signs actually did the trick, haven't had any problems since.

This way the home will have a warranty and you have someone to hold accountable if something is wrong.Don't be tricked by fake providers!
