#5 - in CA we have something called a "good funds rule"... and a a birdie once told me you can do a wet close... as long as the A to B and B to C is with the same escrow... because the "funds" are kept in the same institutation...#6 - goes back to point #1 - good luck having an investor tell you who they use for escrow... even if i personally knew one that can do it... i wouldn't tell anyone.Good luck

I believe he (soulfully) was watching over me and left this earth when he knew I finally arrived back to my home safely.I do this so that one day, I too, maybe, will be able to do what Raphael did....bring my loved one home and be able to afford care for her out of a nursing institution.
