I'm starting to have companies give me estimates for replacing my two rental units HVAC systems and after a little research have come across the notion that the installation has a lot to do with the long term quality of the AC and furnace. 

I'd rather flip it myself because I can make more, but I need a financing method that requires a very low down payment.

It all depends on the quality and type of soil you have 2 feet underground.  

I have seen amazing personal growth in myself over the last sixteen years and now believe I enjoy high quality partners because I have evolved as a contribution minded person.You're not going to succeed in real estate unless you go through massive failure.

No job...forget it.Is your market so bad that you are desperate to find a quality tenant.

How do you Find buyers in your area and market for your projects when your new to the business with a very small marketing budget and tons of deals on the table.

Honestly, I am not sure if I am looking in this area because the deals are right or because the prices seem low and attractive to a beginner.
