Sincerely, Josh yup all this stuff blows over I mean look what happened to SF Bay Area after the big Loma Preita quake knocked down freeways knocked out the bay bridge for a long time.. real estate did stumble badly for a few years but then came roaring back.

Land is realtive to exit price but for us 150k for lots and up is the norm for production lots. semi or custom areas lots are 250 to 500k or more and this is Portland area which is the least expensive big city on the west coast things get higher in Seattle and WAY higher in the SF Bay AREA and LA San Deigo
