Sincerely, Josh yup all this stuff blows over I mean look what happened to SF Bay Area after the big Loma Preita quake knocked down freeways knocked out the bay bridge for a long time.. real estate did stumble badly for a few years but then came roaring back. 

That's why I LOVE my properly screened Section 8 tenants here in the Bay Area as well as Cleveland.

I don't know about Palo Alto, but other bay area cities like San Jose offer the basic permit info online for you to lookup, so you don't have to go to the department to get the info.

Hello BP community,My wife and I are investing time and money into lead generation in the south SF bay area.  

Properties where I live in Tampa bay have appreciated by 7 - 10% every year for the last 10 years.

You can still cash-flowing in Bay Area/Norcal market, especially outside big cities.

Land is realtive to exit price but for us 150k for lots and up is the norm  for production lots. semi or custom areas lots are 250 to 500k or more and this is Portland area which is the least expensive big city on the west coast things get higher in Seattle and WAY higher in the SF Bay AREA and LA San Deigo 

My husband and I are looking to relocate to Norfolk, specifically in the Ocean view/ bay area.
