I was curious as to if anyone has purchased Cody Sperber's wholesaling package?

I have a package deal of a duplex and single family unit that need minor repairs, mostly cosmetic.

@Julie JenkinsPersonally, I have not yet come across a bank that does a non ARM commercial loan.You have to understand when you get an FHA loan it is MUCH different than a commercial loan.An FHA loan gets originated by a bank and then sold as a packaged security.A commercial loan is kept in house.

It often is charged quarterly in a lot of the deals I'm engaged in and certainly the GP should have a lot of discretion when to take it.   

And I have many SFH homes that are packaged in portfolio commercial loans. 

I want to purchase a 66 single family home package in Phoenix, Arizona but lack money.

They know their "damages" are subject to the courts' discretion.

They typically use an ARM type structure, and you'll be paying in the 7% range for "lite-doc" packages, but if you bought right, it works well.  

It's not possible to know if that is viable without a full credit package in-hand.

(I thought I might try to buy only these units, but seller is selling all as a package.
