AirBnB is a great niche strategy, but I wouldn't do it just as a one off here or there, unless you have someone else to manage the whole thing for you.

Our strategy for now is to pick up good brrr projects from our local courthouse auctions specifically single family homes.

I am very interested in utilizing the BRRRR strategy to acquire multi-family properties while continuing to flip properties in order to grow my capital.

Investing typically takes much less time then commission work so you can fit it ii in between commission deals.This has been my strategy for several years and it has worked out nicely for me.
