Hi, I am 21 year old Canadian looking for help with buying my first property.

Make sure the agent or if they have a team are "actively" marketing by reaching out to other agents or constantly posting on social media.

Also I do background checks, and review paystubs, and review social media.I also write leases for 6 months and review the lease with the roomies. 

I'm very well Versed with Technology & Social Media.

It was a great investment to be honest, and there are a good amount of investors I have met and known that have invested prior to buying their primary.It has to be what you feel is your path, I heard that podcast with Thach and follow him on Social Media, he had a great path to get where he is today.

I haven't found any Canadian banks willing to lend on US property as they aren't able to place a lien if needed, yet I seem to remember hearing of Canadian banks financing in the US.
