For my problems over the past few years I would strongly suggest that you do drive-bys long before and long after the scheduled inspection. 

Currently we are dealing in single family homes and non-commercial multi-family but have future growth visions on mid-sized commercial multi-family as well as STR's.Outside of real estate, I enjoy God - Family - Fishing and Friends.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

We are renting one of the units in a office building.

Strategies we are working on right now are BRRRR and flipping.

Many are finding Airbnb to be a better option for long-term stays, and they can negotiate a better price then what hosts get off Furnished Finders. 

With one particular banking relationship we are now working together at the 4th bank, and I still maintain good working relationships at 2 of this particularly loan officers previous stops (the other two longer active in the CRE lending space).

We use these door sensors on any large patio doors and you would be surprised how many guests leave the doors open for long (1-5hr+ periods) while trying to cool/heat the house.
