Shared cost sounds like a plan.I pay per visit and he knows not to bother if it is <4.5 inches. 2019-2020 was a zero snow, warm summer for us... not so much this year.

Good news is that it's finally warming up in Pittsburgh so you'd be fine without heat for a while (assuming that you've got some rehab to do).  

Case by case basis obviously but my heart goes out to those on fixed incomes/elderly that would have no where else to go.

The roof will need to be reinspected when the weather warms up but has major ice dams and icicles already.

I caught that David, and your heart was in the right place with a darn good point so many gloss over of hard costs being fixed while revenues not only grow but grow at a compounded rate. 

I have heart disease, my sister has brain cancer  and my mom is disabled.

It warms my heart to be a part of this deal.

Something could have been done differently and you want to know what happened, so having a heart to heart with this person around the idea of "I know you aren't the enemy here, and I hope you know I respect your department. 

I like it but my heart wants to be in the Highlands.
