Deal Machine!

I was told there was no mold, however they didn't clean the downstairs vents all the way back to the unit because "they are to narrow and the machine might rip them up". 

And how efficient is it to make the (high paying) critical jobs virtual is another consideration for the companies.

Virtual connections when just starting out seem really difficult for me, so I'd be interested in meeting in person, safely, for all those who feel the same.  

Looking to start a group of motivated people in Houston, TX that meet once a week (virtually for a while, probably) to keep each other accountable and motivated.

Hi @Bobby Wells I don't work in the Waco area, but can definitely help with broad strokes of scope of work needed virtually if you need it.

Understanding that this industry is about knowledge, application, and relationships I will continue to learn from great resources, attend meetups and virtual summits with my focus being to find off market deals to wholesale while I prepare to step into commercial deals.
