As a general rule, VA loans are intended for veteran owner-occupants purchasing a primary residence.

Do the veteran investors on this site generally recommend a new investor does/does not purchase a single-family home from a wholesaler for a buy/hold strategy? 

So, here I am with an empty unit, trying to push the unpushable to happen (can't get stager, photographer, etc) but it's ok.
