I live in the DFW area and travel all over North Texas/LA/OK/AR for work so I have good exposure to different markets. 

I'm sure I could probably put one together in Excel but I"m sure that road has been traveled on before m.And the hypothetical questions up for discussion:- What is the best strategy if one expects negative interest rates to be here in the next 1-3 years ?

Trailer parks have been my focus for about 4 months, and I will own a trailer park in the future, but I have chosen to steer my focus on self storage.

I wasn’t sure how to make that clear, as I didn’t want people to think I was talking about an actual trailer. 

I have read that one must be careful with rent to own trailers after Dodd Frank, but I read of a strategy (from a BP forum post, dont have the member's name off the top of my head) that could work around it... he charges "rent" for the building on a long lease (4 years minimum).
