Being from Atlanta, I highly recommend East Cobb County and Cherokee County due to their great schools and low crime.Fulton and Dekalb don't have well known schools, they have high crime rates, loaded with horrendous traffic and much higher taxes than Cobb and Cherokee.Hope that helps!

It is more than possible to commute to the university without using a car, in fact, due to pretty horrendous rush hour traffic, I would strongly advise against trying to regularly commute via car.Do not limit yourself to searching only for 4-plexes, consider purchasing a large house with multiple bedrooms and renting those out as well.I live on Beacon Hill which is no longer reasonably priced, but I am happy to answer any questions you have about Seattle.

Due to the pandemic, I'd like to try renting the units virtually, which would mean posting videos on the sites where I advertise and giving the current tenants the option to give virtual tours over Zoom, if they want to minimize the foot traffic through their living space.
