I could get 2%, but its a part of town that you need the swat team to go into after dark.  

More importantly, you are help her and adding to her life by being a friend.At some point the conversation will center on what it will be like for her living in the new community, how she intends to support herself and who she knows in the new town that will support her and help her. 

I have rented in the town that this home is located in for 3 years and know this home could easily rent for $650.  

So its Sunday and of course I'm riding around Charlotte looking for properties and I actually had a meeting with a wholesaler offering a property in Gastonia (little town outside of Charlotte that really has no relevance to the post so sorry for the digression).

I have always learned that you make more money by sitting at your desk signing contracts then you do traveling to a town to do the work yourself.

Hi,I went driving for dollars this weekend in the town I grew up in(Guadalupe, CA)and found some vacant properties that I'm going to try and wholesale.  

From speaking to others in town I do see an interest in / need  for 10,,000 - 12,000  sq ft units for industrial / warehouse sites for sale and for lease . almost like Industrial Mini Storeage space .The Bldg has 6 shipping / receiving Dock Doors along with a 14 ft wide drive up ramp that door is also 14 ft tall so you could literally drive a tractor trailer inside if need be My thinking !

As I will be in town next month and am anxious to buy.Greg
