The reason why there is a hump in the middle is because that part is an addition to the original house and whoever did it, did not match the floor very well (you can see it in the basement) My 1st question: Would you keep and refinish the hardwood and just live with the floor hump, or tear out hardwood, level the floor with floor leveler, then install LVP.

One of them is to buy tear down properties, get it all approved by the town and build a new tri-plex or quadplex in it's place.I know there's a lot of variables that go into it and not all properties are the same and I need to take certain steps for each property.I have remodeled residential homes most of my life and done and seen all aspects of remodeling.

Tearing down condemned homes and rebuilding is an option if you can buy the property for ten percent less lot value minus cost of demolition.
