You've made a great choice.

There are a lot of choices that can  dramatically affect the BID.  

Most do not have the patience to take that route, but ultimately I think it's the right choice to make.

Hi Lee, I don't have experience in that market, but as a general rule, people don't like to move during the holidays, so a JAN 1 close date would be better you have the choice.

Pinellas/Hillsborough is a great choice and if you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to reach.  

Let them know if they continue leaving the door unlocked then you will have no choice but to keep the door locked for everybody and discontinue washer service.

My question would be, do you think that there is another deal out there that you can get with your $8k down payment where the ROI is sufficient enough to pay the extra interest and the PMI?  

So, my choices are to sell and gross $800,000 to $1,000,000 or try and buy out my partner at around the same cost, financing would not be necessary...The potential listing agent (and leasing agent) has been adamant that my capitalization rate would be around 4-5% with the buyout and thus, a poor investment.

That was easy for me to make my choice and tell my dear uncle Ruben what to do.
